產品特性

·采用玻璃長纖維以非織物方式制成, ,透風量大,其阻力小,對漆霧Over-spray捕塵效率佳。

·應用于表面噴涂高質量漆霧過濾；捕捉率高PA-50/60/PA-100尤其適合應用開熱回收系統；

·高強度的玻璃纖維遞增結構；迎風面為綠色，出風面為白色。

·低壓縮性能保持其外型不變，使其過濾纖維完全有利于儲存油霧灰塵。

·難燃性,可耐溫170℃。

·壓縮包裝在運輸上可節省運費及儲存空間，放松后仍可恢復原來狀態。

·外框搭配可選擇紙外框和鍍鋅鐵框或鋁合金框材質。

用途

一般空調系統之粗塵過濾

干式噴漆臺，汽車噴漆房之排氣系統，減少對環境的污染，環保。(用于各種工業用途，如防治污染、公共建設、空調業、電子業、制藥業、食品業等)

Speciality:

l         Made of long fibreglass in non-woven way,large ventilation quantity,small resistance, good efficiency of the dust arrestance for the over-spray.

l         It is applied to the superficial spray coating high quality painting-spray filtration, high dust catching, specially , PA-50/60/PA-100 is suitable for using heat recovery system

l         High strength fibreglass increasing structure; the windward side is green ,the leeward side is white.。

l         The low compression performance maintains its outlook，which is completely useful for the filtration fibre to keep the oil mist and the dust

l         Nonflammability, heat resistance 170℃

l         The compression packing may save the fare and the storage space in the transportation.After decompression, it will regain its original condition

l         Outer frame  may choose the paper frame , the galvanization iron frame,or aluminium alloy frame.

l         Thick dust filtration for the general air-condition system.

l         Applied to the dry spray painting platform and the exhaust gas system of the automobile spray painting room.It is environment-friendly, reducing the pollution to the  environment
